What You Need for Registration: To complete the employer registration process, submit the following documents:

A filled CF-1E Form (Application for the registration of the domestic worker employer)
Copy of the Identification/Passport/Work Permit (Employer)
Proof of the Employer’s Residential Address
Copy of the Identification/Passport/Work Permit (Employee/s)
Copy of the employment contract
